CubeCell Dev-Board V1

The CubeCell Dev-Board is an Arduino compatible microcontroller with has an LoRaWAN 1.0.2 capable radio on board. The board is also fitted with the necessary components to manage a lithium battery and charge it from a solar panel. Dimensions at the speck with drawings provided by the manufacturer. Note that the rest of the components such as the USB port or builtin LED may not be exactly the same and are general place holders. Pin and general layout is accurate.
