As the present challenges of a standard cubesat are wire routing and the heat dissipation. This frame is ready to face those challenges. This is designed by considering the capabilities of 3D printing (FDM) All the 4 walls and the top and bottom plates are constructed by a square maze structure so that heat transfer rate increases through them and provides strength. This 1U cubesat frame has adjacent faces which can move out as single part with the help of hinged joint. The circuit boards are placed between these 2 faces and the can wiring is done easily. While assembly the offset distance between the moving surfaces is given as 0.15mm. One deployment switch is provided and weight is 0.254kg Used a snap fit to hold the movable part to the main part
