CubeSat A2

Here is my second design. 1 goal was to avoid diagonal wall structure,(to keep mass minimum) I believe that frame together rectangular solar panel and circuit board will give enough rigidity. 2 goal was to make tool-free connection, that's why is frame onepart design and frame bending will give fixing functionality without screws. (Maybe click connection between frame and circuit board is good solution ) 3d printed model must be pre-bended shape-2 degrees and Bending force is 100N After that is opening bended +7degrees.
