Cup Holder for BMW e87

Hello,
this is the first thing I have made which I want to share with you.
I have seen, that some printable solutions are available, but they didn't meet my needs and I thought, a better solution is necessary.

I'm driving a BMW e87 from 2010 and I'm super happy with this car, besides one fact.

The original cup holder is a little bit pain in the a.. .

Unfortunatetly the engineers made a big mistake placing the cup holder directly below the arm rest, as you can see on the attached pictures.

Due to this placement it's not possible to put any drink that is taller than 120 mm in the cup holder and use the arm rest at the same time. For my experience that means almost any bottle or cup.

There are a couple of solutions available, also from BMW itself.
But the solution from BMW is not very satisfying for me, due to following disadvantages.

1)costs are about 80 €
2)you have to drill a hole in your middle console
2)the position is not very comfortable for a passenger si
