To help people who have difficulty with fine motor skills. This is designed to fit over a cup like a sleeve with a funnel to feed the straw right into the straw hole. Note that this design works best for cups with the straw hole in the center of the lid.

You can customize the cup height, cup lid radius, and straw hole radius (among other things). The current dimensions are made to fit a Starbucks small (tall) iced drink cup.
