Curved Text for OpenSCAD

This is my response to the question asked on a forum post by mugiseyebrows about curved text in OpenSCAD. The user was on the right track. He just needed to replace the rectangular blocks with trapezoids that would expand to fill in the gap made by the difference between the inner and outer diameters.
