# Multipurpose compartment box with sliding lid.
Print a fully customizable compartment box that matches your exact storage needs. I developed it using OpenSCAD, an open-source 3D modeling software. The maximum angle is 45° so no support is needed. You can easily set:
- Width, length, and height
- Number of compartments (by setting rows and columns)
- Outer and inner wall thickness
- Text (over the lid)
- Optional front label
- Lid rail clearance
##Step by step
1. Download the compartment-box.zip and unzip it.
2. Open the `main.scad` in OpenSCAD (you can download it here https://openscad.org/downloads.html)
3. Modify the parameters to match your needs
4. Open to `compartment-box.scad` and comment out the lid part and export it to SLT. Then do the same for the box itself (both parts are well delimited with comments)
5. Slice the pieces with your favorite slicer and print both parts!
## Notes
- You can use your own font placing the font `ttf` file in the directory
