Custom Bicycle Rack

Many asked that I share my adjustable custom bike rack that I created to fit on my motorcycle.

I initially created this via ThinkerCAD and just added the text for reference.

The rack mounts on to the motorcycle via a boat swivel seat base onto the rear backrest mounts. This way I can access my underseat storage.

This was built using mostly 3/4" steel tubing and weight about 15 pounds.

Material;
3/4" Tubing: 30.5+30.5+8.5+8.5+7+6+11.5+6.25
1" Tubing: 8.5+7.5
1/2" Pipe: 5+4.25
Steel Plate: (10" x 7")+(4" x 1.5")

NOTE: For the side wheel holders, just use two 6 inch pieces of 3/4" then attach the Delta wheel mounts to them. Just drill a small pilot hole for through the 1" & 3/4" tube for a screw in order to secure them to the rack
