Custom boot screen Ender 5

Remove the number from file name boot screen 1 is for a friend boot screen 2 is just ender 5
for anyone and 3 is ender 5 with a storm trooper number 4 has trooper and saber. Remover the number in a filename like 1_bootscreen.h to _bootscreen.h put this file in marlin directory and define custom boot in marlin this is for version 2. I set a 5-sec delay so you can see it.
