A 3D printable lighter sleeve with a customized "biohazard sign" embossed in the front.
Print with vase mode (or "spiralize outer contour" setting in cura) on and adjust the layer height to dial in the smoothness of the sleeve and the line width (I'm using respectively .1mm and .46mm with a .4mm nozzle), the wider you go the slower you should print (Here I go with 20mm/s but you have to figure out the speed with your filament and printer). Lastly adjust the number of bottom layers (I use 4 but you should experiment a bit).
Prints slightly better with a brim but it's NOT necessary.
NOTE: by adjusting the layer height and line width, you are altering the physical dimentions of the printed part. If the settings are producing a good finish but the lighter doesn't fit anymore, just upscale the model in your slicer .5% at a time.
pps: If you're getting artifacts that look like underextrusions in vase mode, try adjusting your z offset.
