You can specify either one or two columns of slots, each from 1 to 40 slots, for a total of up to 80 slots.
You can also specify the rounding radius for the corners, from zero to 5 mm. I like to set it at 3 mm.

A few sample resulting .stl files are included here.

I found that I prefer having several smaller holders, to sort my swatches by filament location, need to buy more, etc.

To Customize use "Open in Customizer" from this Thingiverse screen.
(It takes a minute to open.)

Select the values to create the print.
Click "Create Thing" to create .STL file for your slicer.
