This is my new CPAP mask that my wife and I are now both using nightly now. This, combined with weather stripping from home depot works out very well. We use our original headgear, and I'm currently tinkering with some clips for it. I print it with hose hole up and support for the top (haven't tried without yet, paranoid).
My next step for this project is to get a hose attachment that swivels for sleeping... If you want, feel free to remix, post your prints, etc. If you can come up with the hose piece that doesn't latch too much, awesome!

Use this version, pushing the headgear hook holes forward, closing the hole (that helps me) and smoothing some areas that had errors. Also, adding headgear hooks. Have at it, people!

Forgot the vent hole! Added a 1mm hole to see if it will be quiet and work well.
