Introduction:This is a custom mouse that I designed. It perfectly resembles the shape and size of your hand, offering unparalleled comfort while using your laptop or PC. Because it is impossible to create a one size fits all custom fitted mouse for everyone's hand, this model isn't a regular download, print and move on project, but rather a step by step guide with custom made models to guide you on this journey. Before we start, I just want to mention that not all of the models in this project were designed by myself. Only the files with the name "Custom mouse" were my designs, the other file (ImageToStl.com_底壳.stl) was a file from Makerworld designed by the original individual who partnered with Bambulab to create a Maker's Supply mouse kit.Instructions:Materials:1.Bambulab's Maker's Supply mouse kit (Refer to image 3):https://asia.store.*****lab.com/products/wireless-mouse-components-kit-0022. Playdoh3. 3D printer4. A digital device that allows you to slice, print and design 3D models (Laptop or PC)5. CAD software6. 3D scanner app (I used Polycam)Steps:1. Print Custom Mouse (3).stl and ImageToStl.com_底壳.stl.2. Follow the instructions in the Maker's Supply mouse kit and insert all the mouse components into ImageToStl.com_底壳.stl (Refer to image 4).3. Use Custom Mouse (3).stl and Playdoh to create a custom mold of your hand (Refer to image 2).4. Use a 3D scanner app like Polycam to scan your mold (Refer to image 5).5. Import your scan, Custom Mouse (1).stl and Custom Mouse (2).stl into a CAD software.6. Smoothen and refine your 3D scan in your CAD software, cut a hole at the front of your scan using Custom Mouse (1).stl and add the components in Custom Mouse (2).stl to your model (Refer to image 6).7. Print your final design and assemble all the parts. Conclusion:This project took quite some time and was inspired by Play Conveyor's video "I Built the World's Comfiest Mouse (ft. Bambu Lab A1)". I highly recommend checking out his videos and I hope you enjoy using your
