Custom Omega Seamaster Box

This is the making of a small Omega Watch Box. The original box is way to big. The materials used: aluminum, American cherrywood and maple. You should use only one type of wood (I would use Waltnut or cherrywood if I could go back in time^^) because it looks better. (The maplegrain looks weird. I think that it was exposed to moisture?!)
The milling-bits I used:
1. 6mm with 2flutes for wood
2. 3mm with 2flutes for aluminum
3. 6mm V-bit with 90° for the chamfer
Feedrate for wood: 3600mm/min and Spindlespeed 25.000RPM
For aluminum: 1000mm/min and Spindlespeed 25.000RPM
Chamfer: 500mm/min and Spindlespeed 25.000RPM

It turned out really nice. The aluminum fits just perfect with the cherrywood.
