This is based on the appearance of R5-D4 in a German catalog with other prototypes of the Death Star Droid, Gonk Droid, X-Wing pilot and Walrus Man.
You will need the original screw from a Kenner droid to replace the dome. I used the droid 'eye' file to represent the three on the figure.
