Custom Stunt Lightsaber

This is a Star Wars- inspired light saber of my own design, modeled in Fusion 360. It is designed around an electronics-friendly core, where all of the exterior pieces attach. The core meant to be housed inside the pieces labeled "vents" is supposed to be transparent, although this is optional and will not affect the prop if you choose to print it solid.

If you plan on using this design for a combat-ready saber, I do not recommend you to print the cores. Instead consider using some sort of tubing with an OD of 32mm and an ID of 30.6mm, which is what I designed the saber around. The emitter is 25.4mm where the blade attaches, which is the diameter of a standard Ultrasabers blade, which can be purchased here:

If you wish the vent to be transparent as intended, you could mix acrylic/plexiglass tubing and whatever you will be using for the rest of the core. Have fun!
