Customisable Lithophane with More

I liked the original and saw some comments about removing the hanging hole and going borderless. So here it is.
If you don't want the hole, set the two hole options to zero, ditto for the border. You can change both border sizes too.
The first STL is is Buzz Aldrin with a flag on the Moon, the second a moon crater image, both courtesy of NASA. Both with border and hanging-hole.
image-surface.dat is the Moon crater data in case anyone wants it, ditto the Buzz...dat file.
