Customisable Washer

Parametric Custom Washer / Spacer (OpenSCAD)

This is a fully parametric and customizable washer (unterlegscheibe) or spacer designed in OpenSCAD. It is perfect for 3D printing and can be adapted to fit almost any project requirement.

Instead of searching for the exact size you need, you can simply use the Thingiverse Customizer or download the .scad file to generate a washer with your specific dimensions.

Customizable Parameters:

loch_durchmesser (Hole Diameter): The inner diameter of the washer (default: 5mm).

ring_abstand (Ring Distance/Wall Thickness): The distance from the edge of the inner hole to the outer edge of the washer (default: 18mm).

hoehe (Thickness/Height): The overall thickness of the washer (default: 2mm).

aufloesung (Resolution): Controls the smoothness of the curves ($fn). Higher values create smoother circles (default: 100).

Note: The outer diameter is automatically calculated based on your hole diameter and ring distance.
