Customizable Bedside Laptop / Tablet Hook

A parameterized bedside holder for books, tablets, e-readers, notebooks, or slim laptops. The holder hooks over a bed frame, desk edge, shelf, or similar panel. It uses two printed hook bodies connected by top and bottom rails, creating a sturdy open-frame cradle that can be customized to your setup. The threaded inserts are installed in the hook pieces, so the overall width is set by the horizontal connector rails. To make a wider or narrower version, you only need to reprint the top and bottom pieces instead of the entire holder. This uses a little more M3 hardware and assembly, but saves filament and makes the design easier to scale for larger items like tablets and laptops. The hook depth, hook height, hook width, holder width, and support dimensions are all adjustable.
