Customizable Cap with Logo

This is an evolutionof my previous Cap https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5154012.
It now adds an optional logo to be engraved on the top.

To create the cap you only need to define 3 variables. All the rest is optional.

1. internalDiameter - the diameter of the object you want to cover
2. internalDepth - the height of the cover
3. wallThickness - self explanatory.

These 3 dimensions determine the overall size of the basic drum shape of the cover.

To add a logo, define the string here. It may be an empty string.
textDepth is the depth of the engraving in the cap.
textSize will have to be fiddled with to get the desired aesthetic effect for the size of the cap.

1. logo = "hello";
2. textDepth = 0.5;
3. textSize = 12;

Other variables may be changed as you see fit.

1. numSlits - how many slits to cut in the skirt of the drum. May be zero.
2. slitWidth - self explanatory
3. chamferHeight - height of the chamfer on the internal leading edge
4. cw - width
