Customizable Champion Skull Ring

Open up the customizer and pick your ring size, or download the OpenSCAD file and manipulate some numbers to get exactly what you want. You'll most certainly want to print this with some sort of support, and I tend to rotate it 180 degrees, because the skull parts tend to print better in that orientation.
