Customizable Cup Holder Adapter ++

I wanted more control over the shape of the cup holder than what the original code provided. The cup holder on my Cub Cadet lawn tractor is much wider at the top than the bottom and it's very deep. Yet it still doesn't quite fit my Camelback Eddy+.The original version didn't let you change the bottom diameter and it used the current cup holder depth as the new top section height. This made a very awkward adapter for my tractor. I wanted an adapter that would fit tightly into the current cup holder so it won't come out when I'm mowing. Additionally, I didn't want a bottom so that if it rains or I spill the liquid would drain out of the bottom drain hole in the existing cup holder.
