Customizable Curtain Holdback

I needed a hold back for my shower curtain, so I designed one. It's basically a rotatable lever with a stopper. Diameter, length and many more is customizable.

For customization, I strongly recommend to use [OpenSCAD](https://openscad.org/downloads.html#snapshots) instead of the Thingiverse Customizer. This is much more performant and causes much less trouble.
