Designed a customizable dog tag in Fusion 360 and converted it to SCAD to allow you to edit the Name and Phone Number as you please.
To edit the Name and Phone Number in Fusion 360 simply double click the two Sketch icons on the timeline:
Then double click the text to edit:
Repeat for the other sketch!
Printing:
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Perimeters: 2
Top Solid Layers: 5
Bottom Solid Layers: 4
Best to have the name face down as the numbers can cause issues adhering to the bed.
