In OpenSCAD, here's what you can modify:

- plate_thickness, the thickness of the plate around the lip, etc
- rod_d, diameter of the rod you're going to use
- lip_height, how high you want the lip to be (minus the plate thickness)
- lip_thickness, how many millimeters thick you want the lip to be
- bolt_width, the millimeter RADIUS of bolts you're going to use to mount this in your dry box (if you're going to use 4mm M4 bolts, set this to 2, for example)

The overall plate size will be about double that of your rod diameter (slightly bigger), and a support piece will be added under the lip to provide extra support to the bottom of the lip.
