Customizable Hose Adapter

This is an adapter for any two hoses or pipes. It was designed to be complete -- you can specify the hose diameters, whether they are male or female, you can override the length of each side, and taper the ends if you want tighter fits. You can also adjust the wall thickness for stronger or faster printing parts.

A couple of quick notes:
* The end diameters should be the actual diameter of the hose/pipe you are connecting to. You can add some wiggle room by adjusting the tolerance field.
* For tapered ends, you do not need to adjust the diameters -- for female ends, the top of the hole will be slightly wider than the specified diameters, and the bottom slightly narrower. The reverse is true for male ends. If taper is set to 0 (default setting), there is no taper.
