Customizable Klein Bottle

It's a personal challenge. Just want to create my own [Klein Bottle](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klein_bottle).

The source code here requires the latest version of OpenSCAD which fixed the CGAL error when rendering.

I don't know whether the Thingiverse customizer matches the requirement. If you have problems when customizing your own bottle, try to [download and use the lastest one](http://www.openscad.org/downloads.html).
