Customizable Lid with TPU O-Ring

I made this for our laboratory dry ice cold trap since the original lid disintegrated after prolonged acetone/cold exposure, but you can scale or customize for any similar requirements. I have uploaded the Fusion and step files too if you would like to make more significant alterations. I used PETG for solvent and temperature stability given my very specific application, as well as cubic infill to give discrete pockets of air inside for better insulation performance. Depending on your use case you can change the filament and infill settings. I have also included a model for a thin 0.5mm sealing o-ring which i printed out of TPU. Print it nice and slow and you shouldn't need a brim. It does require a significant amount of support unfortunately but it printed very cleanly for me and has been holding up now for close to a year of use with no signs of degrading.
