Customizable MIDI Board/Stream Deck

This **IS** a remix, but Thingiverse isn't letting me mark it as so. This is a direct translation of the [MisteRdeck](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4627779) to OpenSCAD for customizability!

This **IS** a work in progress. The end game is to allow users to specify the number of buttons, faders, and knobs they want, then allow rearrangement of those 3 zones. Maybe even allow extra zones (two banks of buttons?)
