Click on the "Open in Customizer" link to be able to modify many of the parameters. You will need to adjust the size and location of the initials so that they intersect and will stay connected, if that is what you desire. My daughter made these for her friends and put them on cork backing. The resulting STL file will be 3.5 inches in diameter if the outer circle is used. If you want to use this with a laser cutter, you will need to have OpenSCAD installed and download and run the .scad file. There are instructions in there for creating a 2D DXF file.
