Customizable Press-Fit Wig Beads

This parametric wig bead is designed for cosplay wigs and can be installed after the wig has been fully styled, without the need to slide it onto the hair. The bead consists of two press-fit halves that are held together using short pieces of 3D printing filament cut to size and used as dowels/pins. This simple solution avoids glue or metal parts while keeping the assembly secure and fully 3D-printable. For best results, it is recommended to place a small rubber band underneath the area where the bead will be installed. This helps group the hair strands and adds friction, preventing the bead from sliding up or down during use. The model is fully parametric, allowing you to customize all key dimensions to perfectly fit any wig type, hair thickness, or styling choice.
