Customizable PTFE Tube Cap

Not really a remix, but rather a remake. I wanted to combine the features of Arrive's and highpocket's caps--specifically, room for filament to extend past the tube and a tether (or lanyard). While I was at it, I made it Customizer-compatible so you could remix it online. Enjoy!
