Customizable Punchcard

This customizes punchcards for the Turbo Entabulator (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:101105).
It currently supports all valid instructions, and text.
I am not responsible if your machine breaks.

Thingiverse seems to have fixed the problem with customizer, and now it works fine.
Text is still an issue, but when I can, I will change it to the much more reliable built in text() function instead of Write.scad.
