Customizable Secured Handlebar Plug

Background Story

When I was a kid I fell onto the sharp open end of my bike's handlebar, leaving scars on my chin for life. When we bought a new bike for my son the plugs were missing so I quickly designed and printed a pair for him.

Here is my design for everyone quickly needing a pair of these. Print some for your kid's friends as well ;-).


Design
====================
I decided that they should be fixed with a screw so that they don't fall out after the first few accidents. Therefore the design features a screwhole for cylinder screws and the cone has a pocket for a nut. I printed in PETG for extra robustness and outside use.

* Screw and Nut nut are required, while the presets are for a M3x16 ISO 4762 Cylinder Screw with Nut.
