Customizable sockets v2 Improved

This is a remix / hack / improvement of Parametric hex socket http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:91496

Added options to create 8-point and 12-point sockets. You can easily adjust the wall thickness of your sockets. Also, added in a detail / resolution adjustment.

Recreated the 7mm for 1/4" drive socket using the following settings:
socket_size = 7;
socket_type = 6;
socket_wall_thickness = 3;
depth = 10;
drive_size = 6.35;
drive_wall_thickness = 3;
tolerance = 0.2;
socket_detail = 100;

If the socket is too loose, decrease the tolerance variable in the scad file (or Customizer). If it is too tight, increase the tolerance. (Same as original)
