Fully customizable tube joint / reducer. It's automatically oriented thicker side down.
- **teeth_count** shouldn't be bigger than `side_length / tooth_length`
- **center_length** should be bigger than `abs(inner_d_1 - inner_d_2) / 2` (otherwise you may need support)
