Customizable VMware vExpert

This is a VMware vExpert tag. It has typically been used for stickers, but [Laurens van Duijn](https://www.tinkercad.com/users/aFbxhNouLKy-laurens-van-duijn) made it into an stl. I took that and modified it to be customizable.

With this customizer, one can customize the Name, Year, and the letter size of the name (longer names may need to reduce the size of the text).
