This design uses a SVG file to cut a design into the markers cover. The size of the marker is customize-able for different size golf balls. The size of the mark cut into the cover is also customize-able. I used Inkscape to bit map trace a silhouette picture of a turtle to create the SVG file that is included.
I used meshmixer to create the tree supports for the print (they're much easier to take off than the ones created by Cura or PrusaSlicer). In meshmixer after I happy with the supports that it generated, I make them into a "New solid". Then I export them into a STL file and in PrusaSlicer read both STL files into together (they should come in correctly aligned).
A request for an uncut stencil was made, so a uncut version of the stencil has been added.

Updated SCAD file with a couple minor fixes and added a couple parameters. Also, added a STL file for a putting alignment stencil (did not require supports to print using PrusaSilcer and an Ender 3).
