Emeregency Switch use tact switch 6x6 or 12x12
Designed for mounting on a 20x20 profile.
**How to assemble:**
- Print the body and the plate. You can use different colors.
- Check that the plate moves smoothly in the case without jamming. If necessary, saw the edges of the plate.
- Place the tact switch with soldered wires on the support rib. The pins of the terminals are on the sides of the rib. Fix the tact switch. I used hot glue.
- Insert the plate and check that there is a small gap. If the tact switch rod rests against the plate, saw the rod of the tact switch. If the gap is too large, stick a piece of electrical tape or scotch tape to the plate.
- To support the plate in the upper position, cut and insert plates of soft elastic material on the sides. This can be foam rubber, foamed polyethylene from old packaging, etc.
- Install the plate and check the reliability of the tact switch On/Off.
- Install the finished switch on the profile in a convenient place. I used M4x8 screws
