UPDATE:
I have added the OpenSCAD file (needs BOSL lib). This allows you to customize this for what ever sized pole you have (via a single parameter) it should work for sizes from 20mm to 40mm without issue. If you try this on something that isn't 25mm let me know (especially if you have to change anything apart from the MASTER_POLE_DIA variable).
I have also made changes to the inner insert so it will not need supports, however I've not printed these (again, let me know if you have problems with them)

Some parts to make your own shelving unit. This requires a pole with 0.5mm notches and 25mm dia. It was specifically designed to work with this:

The inner part should be printed in 0.15mm layer with supports (and I needed to use a brim as it wasn't sticking to the bed) 2 parts per pole.
