Friend asked me to make a hose fitting between his vacuum and his jigsaw. I built one [1](https://www.instagram.com/p/BpflQqtgnos/?taken-by=imakerobots) [2](https://www.instagram.com/p/Bpf5z8-g9m4/?taken-by=imakerobots) and then decided to invest in a solution that would help most people.
Customize your two nozzle diameters, the depth the nozzles can enter the fitting, and the wall thickness.
There is a small chamfer on the inside edge of each opening to make tight fits easier. There is a 0.5 lip to prevent vacuum suction pulling the hoses too far into the adapter.
The diagonal section between each hose fitting is 45 degrees to minimize support material.
I recommend you print 0.2mm diameter more than your hose to compensate for print quality. if you find the fit too loo
