The empty seat is also included for those who want to mount a different rider:) Instead of the rider, a Main Weapon Turret (for example Missile Launcher) can be placed on top using the MainCannonPlatform. The selection of Weapons included are: Heavy Plasma, Heavy Melta, HeavyBoltGun, Machinegun, Auto Cannon and AAMissileLauncher. Along with the many weapon options that come with it, it can also use most of the previous Main and Side Weapons released with previous Dinos and Vehicles.
