Cycloidal Gearbox 1:19 โ NEMA 17 Compatible This is a compact cycloidal gearbox with a reduction ratio of 1:19, designed to work with a NEMA 17 stepper motor. The mechanism provides smooth motion, high torque output, and good mechanical efficiency for robotics and DIY automation projects. ๐ง Required hardware To assemble the gearbox, the following components are needed: 7ร M3 threaded inserts 7ร M3 screws (20 mm length) 1ร M3 screw (6 mm length) 3ร bearings 19ร10ร5 mm 1ร bearing 45ร58ร7 mm Nylon spacers (M3, 7 mm outer diameter, 10 mm length) โ can also be 3D printed โ๏ธ Assembly notes All M3 threaded inserts must be heat-set into the printed parts, including the motor housing. The 3ร 19ร10ร5 bearings must be mounted on the main shaft. The 45ร58ร7 bearing is installed in the motor housing and supports the NEMA 17 mounting side. The M3 ร 6 mm screw is used to connect the shaft to the eccentric (off-center) drive element. Nylon spacers are used as pin guides; printed versions can be used
