The mechanism provides smooth motion, high torque output, and good mechanical efficiency for robotics and DIY automation projects. ๐Ÿ”ง Required hardware To assemble the gearbox, the following components are needed: 7ร— M3 threaded inserts 7ร— M3 screws (20 mm length) 1ร— M3 screw (6 mm length) 3ร— bearings 19ร—10ร—5 mm 1ร— bearing 45ร—58ร—7 mm Nylon spacers (M3, 7 mm outer diameter, 10 mm length) โ€“ can also be 3D printed โš™๏ธ Assembly notes All M3 threaded inserts must be heat-set into the printed parts, including the motor housing. The 3ร— 19ร—10ร—5 bearings must be mounted on the main shaft. The 45ร—58ร—7 bearing is installed in the motor housing and supports the NEMA 17 mounting side. The M3 ร— 6 mm screw is used to connect the shaft to the eccentric (off-center) drive element. Nylon spacers are used as pin guides; printed versions can be used
