DISCLAIMER - I am not an expert in Cyclone dust separator design. Just made it for my usage, as DIY woodworker hobbyist. If you want to print it, it is up to you.
Created this dust cyclone vacuum separator, as I hate to pay for such designs... Printed on Ender 3 Pro, funnel uses almost max printer volume.
Thick walls mean substantial filament quantity is used. However, I wanted sturdy design.
Flange with supports to be mounted on top of waste can lid, with bottom flange under the lid. Some sanding and/or hole drilling may be required, in order to fit perfectly.
Important is that can's lid can be sealed airtight, in order for this to work.
Once dry fitted, I would glue top, funnel and flange with supports, using 100% pure silicone (not Acetate kind), to make it vacuum sealed.
Both in and out holes are 38 mm diameter (for my purpose OK), but you can create adapters and connect any diameter hose needed. It is dust, not stone cubes...
Funnel drop hole is about 43 mm dia
