This is a detailed model of a Cyclone Separator, a device commonly used in industrial applications for separating dust and solid particles from air or gas streams. The separator works on the principle of centrifugal force, where the dust-laden air enters tangentially and spins inside the conical body, forcing heavier particles to settle at the bottom. The model was created as part of a project related to air filtration and environmental safety in plastic recycling and material handling systems. Designed with manufacturability in mind, it can be integrated into larger process lines for improved efficiency and reduced maintenance. Modeled using SolidWorks with attention to geometric accuracy and ease of assembly.
