I disliked the desiccant container designs out there because none of them made use of the bridging ability of FDM Printers.
A relatively simple desiccant container that has a lot of very fine slits for air circulation (more than 4000 slits).
Each slit has an height of 3 times the layer height, in this case 0,6 mm and an approximate width of 8mm.
Print time on my i3 mk3 was about 5~6 hours.
This is supposed to be printed with the Prusa i3 (Mk3) 0.20 mm Profile and sliced with Slic3r, other Slicers and Profiles might work alright to, if interest prevails I might cleanup the scad file and/or make other versions optimized for different slicing profiles.
The lid is snug and will hold when the container is turned upside down, it can be inserted more easily when it is turned one half-angel step, and then turned back so that all the notches are in the slits. (Just play around with it)
