Adapter for E3D Chimera - remix from Chimera Mount by TechGirl_Mods.

I removed the Chimera Text and added 2 3mm Holes instead for the 40mm Fan Adapter which is also for mounting the Auto Level Sensor. You will need 4 M3 10mm Screws.
