D25 Headlamp Hat Clip

I have several of these D25 dual LED headlamps. They are excellent headlamps at an affordable price (under $25 on Amazon). They normally come with an elastic headband, which is fine but when you're wearing a hat with a bill, it sits on top of the bill and casts a shadow right where you want to see. I designed two clips that hold the headlamp firmly but allow you to adjust the beam hight. The taller one sits farther back so the weight distribution is a little better. The shorter one sits right at the front of the bill nicely and also allows you to adjust the beam direction up and down.

I believe the other versions of this light (500 lumen) would also fit this clip. You can't beat these lights for the price.
