D3p P2s Riser Vent Sliders Snug Fit Extended Knobs

Fit tuning profile for the P2S riser vent sliders to improve usability and eliminate play.After testing different tolerances and taking some advice from Dirt E Bikes, I dialed in the Z-scale to achieve a snug fit while keeping the sliders smooth and easy to move. The goal was to remove rattle without making installation or adjustment difficult.Settings used:Left & Right sliders:• 111% Z scaleFront slider:• 113% Z scaleResult:• Snug fit with no wobble or rattle• Smooth sliding with slight resistance• Easy to adjust by hand• Improved airflow controlThis file is a pre-configured 3MF print setup to save time dialing in fit.
