D4Sv2 Maglite Mod

These are parts for modification of a 6D maglite into a 5x 26650 light with D4Sv2 internals.

I used TPU for the lens bezel, switch guard, and strap_mount, and ABS for everything else.

The battery sled is made up of batt_holder_head.stl, batt_holder_tail.stl, and 3 copies of batt_holder_mid.stl.

I recommend you adjust the scale of strap_mount to get a good friction fit over the body of your maglite- I used 99%

head_template.stl was used to help me machine out the puck that the LED board sits on; I used 4mm thick aluminium plate.
